Brand-new luxurious Bed & Breakfast accommodation overlooking the picturesque Bream Bay coastline between Waipu and Ruakaka.

Ideally located for your first and last night's stay in New Zealand, or as a base when exploring Northland. Designed to maximise the spectacular views and with your every need in mind. Lap pool and spa, underfloor heating, pool table and TV lounge, in-house sound system, full guest laundry, wireless internet, TVs in every room and a fabulous cooked breakfast are all included in the tariff.

There are 3 room options: large fully self-contained suite with king ensuite room, spacious lounge and kitchen; upstairs queen room with ensuite and picture window overlooking the bay; or queen ensuite room with walk-in shower and flat screen TV. Both downstairs rooms & showers are wheelchair accessible, all doors in the house are extra wide. Double insulated windows throughout.

Vince and Joyce Roberts are ex-dairy farmers with 4 grown-up children, who have enjoyed hosting B&B guests for nearly 20 years. They owned the first B&B between Wellsford and Whangarei, which they sold in 2004 so that they could build their current home. They run the 74-acre farm, breed racehorses and enjoy golf, travel and gardening.
